We ship to Scotland, but if you are based in Northern Scotland or a remote area, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm delivery availability for your postcode.
We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland.

For UK orders, most products are dispatched from our UK warehouse network. For EU orders, products are usually dispatched from one of our EU warehouses where available.
Shipping Costs
Standard 3–5 day delivery is free on eligible orders.
Some smaller products, including selected air beds, pools and accessories, may also have faster delivery options available at checkout, including next day delivery or Evri ParcelShop collection where available.
Delivery Times
Electric bikes, electric scooters and electric dirt bikes are usually delivered within 3–5 working days.

Processing & Dispatch Time
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Couriers
For UK orders, we use trusted courier partners including DHL, DPD, Parcelforce, BJS Home Delivery and Evri.
For EU orders, we use courier partners including DPD, DHL, FedEx and UPS.
The courier used will depend on the product size, warehouse location and delivery address.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at help@trailsurge.co.uk with your order number so we can investigate this for you.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. TrailSurge cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to accept your delivery, the courier may leave a calling card, attempt redelivery, deliver to a safe place, or take the parcel to a local collection point depending on the service used.
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection where required.
