Received my Duotts c29 yesterday wednesday 5th November in the uk , I am over the moon with this bike bought in the Aliexpress sale , The bike was superbly packaged and came out of the box in perfect condition , I built the bike up yesterday afternoon and today have been on two test runs the bike runs Beautifully and is a joy to ride , Delivery was by DX and the service was superb being able to track the bike from northern England then getting a text from DX giving me the delivery day then the evening before delivery getting a text with a 2 hour delivery time slot then on delivery day getting a text with real time tracking so I could follow the delivery vehicle right up to my house . The bike was a bargain price being in the sale and I could not be happier, Thank you seller, Aliexpress and DX delivery company .

The shipment was satisfactory, good packaging. The bike is very nice and feels great, the only thing is that the Shimano derailleur did not come well adjusted and makes noises of misalignment when shifting gears. Otherwise, I'm happy.
Comfortable to ride, even on longer weekend trips. Would like a slightly brighter front light as an option.

Samebike RS-A02 Pro: Folds down quick and actually fits in my boot. Really quiet motor, just a hum — neighbours don’t hear me leave. Kickstand is a touch long on uneven ground, but stable.
I received my item in 4 days really good bike for the price,a slight issue with rusting on the front forks and both the brake lights are not working these are just a few minor inconveniences as the rest of the bike is great.

The seller was always in touch, answering all questions. And the color display is also cool! Assembled in 30 minutes. The only thing is that it takes a long time to wait))) but it's worth it.
