Official Lay-Z-Spa manufacturer warranty for 5 years on the acrylic shell and 2 years on the pump, electrical components, plumbing components and foam lid, subject to the spa being registered with Lay-Z-Spa within the required registration period.
What’s covered
The official manufacturer warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship, including structural failure of the acrylic shell and manufacturing faults affecting the original pump, electrical system, plumbing and foam lid. Lay-Z-Spa may require proof of purchase, registration details, photographs, videos and diagnostic checks before repairing or replacing the affected component.
