4096Wh Capacity Expandable up to 12kWh
The EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 starts with a substantial 4096Wh capacity. This gives it enough stored energy for essential home appliances, electronics, tools, camping equipment and other devices when mains electricity is unavailable.
For longer backup periods, the system can be expanded with up to two compatible Smart Extra Batteries, increasing the total capacity to as much as 12kWh. This modular design allows you to start with the main power station and add more storage later as your energy requirements grow.
4000W Output for High-Demand Appliances
The five AC outlets provide a combined maximum output of 4000W, with an 8000W surge rating for appliances that require extra power when starting. EcoFlow's X-Boost technology can support selected appliances rated up to 6000W, although performance depends on the connected equipment.
This level of output makes the DELTA Pro 3 suitable for demanding household and professional equipment, including refrigerators, freezers, televisions, computers, lighting, pumps, power tools and selected heating or kitchen appliances. Home Backup with 10ms Switchover
When used as an emergency power supply for compatible equipment, the DELTA Pro 3 offers a rapid 10ms switchover. This is designed to help keep equipment such as routers, computers, NAS systems, entertainment devices and refrigeration running when the grid fails.
For connection to household circuits, EcoFlow offers compatible home-backup accessories such as a manual transfer switch. Any fixed electrical installation must be completed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the accessory instructions and UK electrical requirements.
Fast Charging and 2600W Solar Input
EcoFlow X-Stream charging supports up to 2900W AC input from a suitable mains supply. Under supported fast-charging conditions, the battery can charge from 0–80% in approximately one hour.
For solar charging, the DELTA Pro 3 includes two separate PV inputs with a combined maximum of 2600W:
- High-voltage solar input: 30–150V, 15A, up to 1600W.
- Low-voltage solar input: 11–60V, 20A, up to 1000W.
Actual solar performance depends on panel output, positioning, weather, temperature and cable losses. The unit also supports additional charging methods with compatible EcoFlow accessories, including vehicle, alternator and generator-based charging options.
Quiet Operation for Home Use
EcoFlow's X-Quiet design allows the DELTA Pro 3 to operate at approximately 30dB below a 2000W load under the manufacturer's stated conditions. This makes it more practical for indoor backup, overnight use and shared spaces than a conventional fuel generator.
Noise levels may increase during fast charging, high output or warmer operating conditions as the internal cooling system adjusts to protect the components.
Long-Life LFP Battery and Safety Protection
The DELTA Pro 3 uses lithium iron phosphate battery chemistry and is rated for 4000 cycles to 80% capacity. EcoFlow states that the internal battery pack has an IP65 rating; this rating applies to the protected battery pack rather than permission to expose the complete power station to rain or water.
The X-Guard battery-management system monitors multiple operating and safety conditions. The unit should still be stored and operated in a dry, ventilated location and used within the temperature limits specified in the manual.
EcoFlow App and Smart Control
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity allow the DELTA Pro 3 to be monitored and adjusted through the EcoFlow app. Depending on the connected setup, users can check battery level, input and output power, charging status and selected operating preferences remotely.

Output Ports and Connections
The DELTA Pro 3 provides a broad range of connections for household appliances, electronics and 12V equipment. The UK model includes five AC outlets, two 100W USB-C ports, two USB-A fast-charge ports, a 12V DC output, one DC5521 connection and one Anderson port.
The total output of connected equipment must remain within the relevant AC, USB and DC limits. X-Boost is intended for selected resistive appliances and does not increase the power station's stored battery capacity.
