What does the iScooter iF1 Premium Package include?

It keeps the same iF1 scooter and adds the pictured helmet, lock, phone holder and storage bag. The package changes the included accessories only; it does not upgrade the motor or battery.

Should I choose the iScooter iF1 or iX4?

Choose the iF1 when stronger 1200W peak output, swingarm suspension and sharper acceleration are the priority. Choose the iX4 when the larger 48V 15Ah battery matters more than peak power; the iF1 uses 10Ah, so motor strength should not be mistaken for a larger energy reserve.

Does the iF1's IPX5 rating mean it can be soaked or pressure-washed?

No. IPX5 helps with light rain, wet surfaces and normal splashes, but it is not permission to submerge the scooter or direct a pressure washer at bearings, wiring or the charge port. Close the port cover and dry the scooter before charging.

Is the iF1 app lock enough to secure the scooter?

No. The app can lock controls and show battery information, but it does not physically anchor the scooter. Use a suitably rated physical lock through a solid part of the frame, keep the scooter in a secure location and treat the app lock as an extra deterrent.

Is the iScooter iF1 Electric Scooter easy to assemble?

The iScooter iF1 Electric Scooter arrives mostly assembled. Final setup normally includes aligning and securing the handlebars, fitting the pedals and completing essential safety checks. Allow approximately 20–30 minutes, or select our professional assembly and PDI service.
