Does the iScooter iX3 need the app to work?

No. The scooter can be ridden and its essentials checked on the built-in display without a phone. The iScooter Club app is an optional extra for supported settings and ride information, so a flat phone battery will not stop normal operation.

Should I choose the iScooter iX3 or iX4?

Choose the iX3 for the lighter 22 kg platform and a lower-cost 800W all-terrain setup. Choose the iX4 for the much larger 48V 15Ah battery, longer charging interval, broader lighting system and higher rider-load rating; the current iX4 is also slightly heavier.

Can the iX3's tubeless off-road tyres still puncture?

Yes. Tubeless means there is no separate inner tube, not that the tyre is solid. Maintain the recommended pressure, remove embedded debris before it works deeper and carry an appropriate tubeless repair solution if riding far from your storage point.

Is the folded iScooter iX3 easy to carry every day?

At about 22 kg, it is liftable for some adults but too heavy for comfortable daily stair carrying. The fold is most useful for reducing storage height or loading it occasionally; measure the boot opening and practise a safe two-handed lift before relying on it for regular transport.
