Beware of fake “official” websites
Shopping for a Koolux? Before you order, make sure you know who you’re buying from—and who will help after delivery. An unusually low price can be a warning sign: check what’s included and who provides support. Think of it like buying a vehicle—you’d want a trusted garage behind it.
Can you visit their showroom and speak to someone in person?
Who will help with servicing, repairs or a warranty enquiry?
Can you check who runs the website, their company details and customer reviews?
Visit our Nuneaton showroom and repair workshop and speak to our UK team. We’re here before and after your purchase, with servicing, repairs and 12-month warranty support for covered main components.
