Official Lay-Z-Spa manufacturer warranty for 12 months from the original purchase date, extendable to 24 months when the hot tub is registered directly with Lay-Z-Spa in accordance with their registration requirements.
What’s covered
The official manufacturer warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects affecting the original heater pump, inflatable liner, top cover and inflatable lid supplied with the hot tub. Lay-Z-Spa may request proof of purchase, the product serial number, photographs, videos or troubleshooting checks before approving a repair or replacement of the affected component.
