What Wi-Fi connection does the Lay-Z-Spa Stockholm require?

The Lay-Z-Spa app requires a strong 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection near the hot tub. Lay-Z-Spa advises that 5 GHz mesh networks are not officially supported, and some 4G home-internet services, including Three and Smarty, may be incompatible with the Wi-Fi pump.

Do I need chemicals to use for the Lay-Z-Spa Stockholm Hot Tub?

Yes. Hot tub chemicals are required to keep the water clean, safe and properly balanced. You will normally need chlorine or bromine, pH treatments and testing strips. Chemicals are not included unless specifically stated on the product page, but compatible starter kits are available separately.

Can I leave the Lay-Z-Spa Stockholm Hot Tub set up all year round?

This depends on the model, weather conditions and how the hot tub is maintained. Always follow the manufacturer’s temperature and winter-use guidance. The hot tub should be drained and stored safely if freezing conditions could damage the liner, pump or pipework.
