- Collection will be available from our Nuneaton store in around 5–6 working days
- After you have ordered, we’ll contact you to arrange a day and time for collection
- Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID when collecting
Warranty Information
- 1-year manufacturer warranty (manufacturing defects under normal use)
- Covers faulty components or defects confirmed by the manufacturer
- Excludes wear & tear items (e.g. tyres, tubes, brake pads), accidental damage, misuse, water ingress, and unauthorised modifications
- If an issue occurs, contact our support team with your order number plus photos/video where possible
- We’ll help diagnose the fault and arrange the next step (repair, replacement parts, or warranty support where applicable)
