What is the difference between the Vitilan M5 Electric Bike and Vitilan L5 Electric Bike?

The M5 is the trail-focused option, with 27.5 × 2.8-inch tyres, full suspension and a nine-speed drivetrain. The L5 uses a step-through frame, 26 × 2.4-inch tyres, front suspension and seven speeds for easier everyday access. Both use a 48V 15Ah battery and torque-based assistance.

How should the full suspension on the Vitilan M5 Electric Bike be set up?

Set tyre pressure for the rider and surface first, then adjust the air fork and rear shock so they support the rider without using excessive travel while stationary. Record comfortable settings and change one adjustment at a time. Incorrect pressure can cause harshness, wallowing or bottoming out.

Will the Vitilan M5 Electric Bike fit my height and storage space?

Vitilan recommends the M5 for riders around 165–201 cm. It is a full-size bike weighing roughly 38.3 kg, so it is not intended for frequent lifting. Check saddle range, reach, total length, doorway clearance and storage access before choosing it for a flat, shed or vehicle.

How should I plan charging and range for the Vitilan M5 Electric Bike?

The removable 48V 15Ah battery provides 720Wh and a full charge is listed at roughly six hours. The maximum range claim is achieved under favourable assistance and terrain. For demanding routes, allow for gradients, soft surfaces, cold weather, tyre pressure and the energy used by frequent acceleration.

Is the Vitilan M5 Electric Bike easy to assemble?

The Vitilan M5 Electric Bike arrives mostly assembled. Final setup normally includes aligning and securing the handlebars, fitting the pedals and completing essential safety checks. Allow approximately 20–30 minutes, or select our professional assembly and PDI service.

Is the Vitilan M5 Electric Bike water resistant?

The Vitilan M5 Electric Bike is not fully waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain, and never submerge or pressure wash the bike or its electrical components. After riding in wet conditions, wipe the bike dry and store it in a dry, sheltered location.

Smooth Torque-Sensor Power

The M5 uses a torque sensor to measure how hard you are pedalling and adjust motor output more naturally than a basic cadence sensor. This gives smoother assistance when climbing, accelerating or riding over uneven surfaces.

Full Suspension Comfort

With an air-pressure front fork and DNM rear shock, the M5 is designed to absorb bumps and reduce rider fatigue. The full-suspension frame helps keep the bike more settled on rougher trails, tracks and uneven ground.

Hydraulic Braking & 9-Speed Control

Tektro hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm rotors provide strong stopping power, while the Shimano 9-speed drivetrain gives you a wide choice of gears for climbing, cruising and technical riding.

Removable LG Battery

The 48V 15Ah LG lithium-ion battery is integrated neatly into the downtube and can be removed for convenient charging. The 720Wh capacity gives the M5 useful range for longer off-road rides and everyday exploring.
