I paid for this electric bike from this seller. The bike arrived faulty and unsafe – motor locked to 16 km/h (uk standard 25 km/h), only reached 19 km/h even when pedalling with my full strength, tyres dangerously unseated and the brakes did not work properly.
I opened a dispute with aliexpress and uploaded all evidence on time. Instead of helping, the seller uploaded irrelevant pictures and delayed replies. Aliexpress then processed a £86.14 partial refund without my consent. I applied the decision but aliexpress rejected the applied.
At the same time the seller arranged a private dx freight collection outside aliexpress, trying to pick up the bike without giving me a full refund. (dx handheld showed ref c3092874, zl0356 return , sender 51 cargo services ltd.) i refused the collection to protect my buyer protection.
Future buyers should be aware of this behaviour also aliexpress will not help at the end they side with the seller.

No cooperation. I sent a message to the merchant three days ago to resolve the speed issue. The speed limit is only 20 km/h, not 25 km/h. They didn't send me a video on how to increase the speed. The first time i tried it was unfortunately bad.
